Sleep & Stress

Better rest, and a calmer nervous system — without relying on medication

If your sleep has become lighter, more broken or harder to come by since turning 50, you are not imagining it and you are not alone.

Sleep genuinely changes as we age. We spend less time in the deep, restorative stages and more in lighter sleep, which means we wake more easily and often feel less refreshed even after a full night in bed.

Stress makes all of it worse. Chronic, low-level pressure keeps the nervous system in a state of quiet alarm that disrupts sleep, digestion and recovery — and poor sleep then makes the stress harder to handle. The two feed each other.

That is why we treat them together here. Supporting both at once works far better than tackling either alone.
